LRO Announcements:
August 4, 2004
Per Section 3.0 of the AO, the Frequently Asked Questions system will be deactivated
2 weeks before proposals are due. The reason for this is that questions asked and answered
later than this may inadvertently result in a needed change proposals that have already been
completed and are in reproduction. Thus, since questions can only be responded to on a weekly
basis and proposals are due 9/15/04, NASA will accept no more new questions after 8/24/04.
This will allow all final questions to be posted on or before 8/31.

Additional AO Clarification: Bridge

LRO AO Clarifications: Proposers should be aware that there are some
additional corrections/clarifications to the June 18th AO. Some of these will be
discussed in at the Preproposal Conference on July 7th and in future Frequently
Asked Questions, however, the items needing immediate correction are ones
describing the information needed for evaluation and contracting that are
contained in a revised AO Appendix B shown below. The edited version of
Appendix B as shown below should be used for proposal preparation rather than
the one released with the AO. Likewise, there are some edits to what will/will not
be checked for Compliance, and therefore an edited version of Appendix F is also
shown below. Finally, other specific corrections known at this time are shown
below.
